- Should you disagree with these terms, you are not authorized to use the platforms.
- FlowerRd retains the authority to alter these terms at any time, as per its sole discretion, without prior notification. By using the platforms, you acknowledge that each visit will be governed by the current terms and conditions, as well as the applicable privacy policy, if any. Your continued use of the platforms after any changes to these terms indicates that you have read, approved, and consented to abide by such modifications.
- If you decline the notified modifications, you can still utilize the platforms and service based on the current terms. However, specific new features may not be accessible to you.
- If you are a consumer, your legal entitlements will be valid along with these terms, but they will not substitute them, unless there is a conflict, and the mandatory consumer rights take precedence and are applicable.

1. Order Approval Guidelines
FloweRd and its staff reserve the right, at their absolute discretion, to accept or reject any orders or subscription requests received. If an order is rejected, we will provide a full refund or cancel any payments made using the payment method used to place the order. No reasons will be given for the rejection.
2. Delivery Window
During the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to choose the delivery date for your first order, regardless of whether it is a one-time purchase or part of a subscription. Additionally, for subscriptions, you will be able to select the frequency of future deliveries. It should be noted that certain delivery options may not be guaranteed, but this information will be clearly stated when you make your selection and confirmed in an email.
3. Modifications to your order
If you need to modify your order or subscription, you can do so through the My Account section of the FlowerRd website or by contacting Customer Support at info@flowerrd.com. We will make every effort to accommodate any last-minute changes, but please note that we can only guarantee changes, such as alterations to the delivery address or card messages, if they are requested by 9 am, 3 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. During peak periods, we may need up to 10 days’ notice to process changes, as we begin preparing orders earlier than usual to account for the high volume of deliveries.
4. Order cancellation terms
Cancellation of one-time orders is possible until 9 am, 3 days before the scheduled delivery date, and a complete refund will be provided. The most convenient method for canceling your order is through the My Account section of the FlowerRd App or Website. Alternatively, you can contact Customer Support at info@flowerrd.com to cancel. During peak periods, we begin processing orders earlier than usual, due to the high volume of deliveries. Consequently, we may require up to 10 days’ notice to process any modifications.
5. Subscription hold or cancellation procedure
To modify your subscription, please utilize the My Account section of the FloweRd website. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any point by providing us with notice by 9 am, 3 days prior to your intended delivery within your subscription plan. In such cases, the pause or cancellation will take effect without incurring any charges. If your card has already been charged (refer to paragraph 2 for billing schedules), a complete refund will be issued. If notice is given after the deadline, you will still receive and be charged for the upcoming delivery (as we will have already started preparing your flowers), but your pause or cancellation request will be implemented following that delivery. During peak periods, we begin processing orders earlier than usual, as a result of the high volume of deliveries. Therefore, we may require up to 5 days’ notice to execute any modifications. Our subscriptions are intended to have numerous deliveries and continue indefinitely, and although you are free to pause or cancel at any moment, we reserve the right to cancel subscriptions if we suspect misuse.
6. Subscription fees
For each order within a subscription, the price is set at the time the subscription is established, excluding any discounts that are only applicable to the initial delivery. We retain the right, at our sole discretion, to increase our prices for reasons including, but not restricted to, increases in pricing from our partners and suppliers. In the event of a price increase, we will inform our subscribers and offer them the option to cancel their subscription at no cost.
Payments
- The accepted payment methods for our service include American Express, Visa, and MasterCard credit and debit cards, as well as Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. To ensure maximum security for our customers, all payments are securely processed by Checkout or Paypal (if selected as a payment option).
- If you sign up for an ongoing subscription, your credit or debit card will only be billed at checkout for your first delivery. For all subsequent deliveries, your card will be billed on a recurring basis every week in which a delivery is scheduled. The amount charged to your card in any given week will be equal to the value of your order(s) for that week.
- If you purchase a gift bundle, your credit or debit card will be charged upfront for the entire subscription cost at checkout. This means that the full amount for the entire gift bundle will be charged to your card when you place your order.
- When you create an account and enter your payment details, your card details will be securely stored by Stripe. This allows for a faster checkout process on future visits, without the need to re-enter your card details.
- FlowerRd does not store or have access to your credit or debit card details.
Prices
All prices listed do not include any delivery charges unless explicitly stated. Additionally, all prices listed are exclusive of Taxes unless otherwise specified.
Delivery Policy
- At FlowerRd, we work with trusted third-party delivery partners to ensure that your order is delivered to you safely and on time. Please note that our delivery partners have their own policies and terms of service, which you can find on their respective websites.

Our Promise, Returns And Refunds

- Our goal at FlowerRd is to ensure timely and safe delivery of all our products in excellent condition.
- At FlowerRd, we understand that the delivery of flowers is more than just a simple service, it’s an entire experience. That’s why we take great care to ensure that all of our flowers are delivered in great condition and with the highest freshness standards possible.
- We occasionally send out our flowers in bud form to ensure that they will last longer with the recipient. However, if for any reason you receive flowers that do not seem fresh, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Support team at info@flowerrd.com. At our sole discretion, if the flowers do not meet our high freshness standards, we will offer you a choice of a free replacement at our next available delivery date, or a refund. To be eligible for a refund, please email us a photo of the un-fresh flowers within 24 hours of receipt. If we offer you a refund, we will refund you the full amount within 5 business days. Please note that banks may take an additional 3-5 days to process and refund the amount to your card.
Missing Delivery
- At FlowerRd, we take great care to ensure that your order arrives on time and in excellent condition. However, we understand that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the event that your order has not been delivered within 3 days of the intended delivery date, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate the issue.
- If we are unable to deliver your order, we will offer you a free replacement on our next available delivery date, or a refund. If a refund is issued, we will refund you the full amount within 5 business days. Please note that it may take banks an additional 3-5 days to process the refund to your card.At FlowerRd, we strive to provide the best possible delivery service and ensure that each order is fulfilled as expected. Damage
Although we take great care to ensure that our flowers are delivered to you in perfect condition, there may be instances where they are damaged during transit. If this happens, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or a refund. To be eligible for a refund, please email us a photo of the damaged flowers within 24 hours of receiving them. We will refund the full amount within 5 business days, but please note that your bank may take an additional 3-5 days to process the refund.
Flowers Returns
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, FlowerRd cannot accept returns. However, if you receive flowers that do not meet our high freshness standards or are damaged during transit, please refer to our policies for refunds or replacement flowers as outlined above.
Flower inventory and replacement
